Our process is iterative, open, and guided by long-term systems thinking. The best way forward is together, across sectors, disciplines, and perspectives.

Our structure backs our mission

We have applied many principles of steward ownership within our company. Steward-ownership (re)prioritizes the purpose of the company instead of maximizing short-term profits; and it safeguards the company's independence in the long-run.

Redefining ownership
We explore alternative forms of ownership — from commons-based businessmodels to data privacy and ownership. Omvorm supports ways of organizing that prioritize accountability, agency, and the common good over profit extraction. We design to redistribute power and reimagine value.

Design for circularity
Circularity is more than recycling. We initiate and support projects that rethink how we design, produce, consume, and relate to products. Be it by designing for disassembly or shifting from ownership to access, we help build ecosystems where waste becomes input and design closes the loop.

Design for diversity
Design has the power and responsibility to shape a society that works for everyone. We aim to make equity tangible and inclusion more than a checkbox, because products designed for the masses will always leave some overlooked.
